Pavement have crossed the pond and are actually three nights into their London run. Boy these setlists are wanting good, with “Cream of Gold” and “Angel Carver Blues/Mellow Jazz Docent” now in rotation. However hey, I can’t complain about this setlist from evening three of their Kings Theatre run which stuffed in some songs I hadn’t seen the earlier couple nights like “Within the Mouth a Desert,” “Combat This Technology,” “Spizzle Trunk,” and “Gangsters & Pranksters.” The duo of “Blue Hawaiian” and “Movement Suggests” right here sweetened this one into my favourite present of the weekend. Will we see you once more in one other decade, Pavement? I positive hope so!
